Organiser Bio
Black History Walking Tours Edinburgh was founded by Lisa Williams in 2018. Lisa is of Caribbean British heritage, lived in Grenada for 20 years and moved to Edinburgh in 2011.
A Research Fellow at Edinburgh University, her unique approach comes from childhood stays in the islands, studying Caribbean history and society for her degree in the 1990s, and teaching primary school in Grenada.
