Musical Theatre Fitness is an all-levels 45-minute dance cardio workout that combines functional fitness, HIIT, and dance moves with musical tracks from stage and screen.
Tracks range from slow to fast and helps to develop stamina and strength, boost your heart health, help you destress, improve coordination and overall fitness, whilst having lots of fun and singing along!
