Events
We are busy working away organising and talking to local groups, organisations and businesses to create the 2024 events programme
Please visit our host an event page if you want to talk about an event or activity for ‘24
Accessibility and transport info:
There are plenty of places to lock up bikes around Portobello. The nearest bus stops are on Portobello High Street. Parking is limited especially as it is likely to be busy at the weekend.
There will be access to bathrooms at Porty Town Hall, Bath Street and on the Prom near Oscar’s Ice Cream on the Prom.
In order to make Porty Pride more accessible to those on a low income but still community-funded, we use a sliding scale ticket price for some of our events. You can choose what you pay based on your circumstances – you won’t be asked for any proof/ID. We just ask that you are honest!
Porty Pride Film Night
Come join us for Porty Pride’s annual film night.
Last year Porty Pride presented ‘Rebel Dykes’ a rabble-rousing documentary set in 1980s post-punk London.
Watch this space for details on the 2024 programme, special guests and exclusive content!
This will be a ticketed event

Celebrate Porty Pride with us at our annual Pride Ball in the newly re-opened Porty Town Hall!
